An essential oil kit that includes three 5ml bottles of doTERRA brand CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) essential oils: Lavender, Peppermint, Lemon. These oils are safe for use aromatically, topically, and internally. It is recommended to mix essential oils with a carrier oil such as almond or coconut oil if applying directly to the skin. Lavender oil has a calming effect, peppermint is cooling and energizing, and lemon improves focus and clarity.
